Wed A delightful hike on the “balcony of the Riviera” this morning. Don your sneakers! Lunch in a village overlooking the breathtaking Gorges du Loup; visit to a factory that makes hand-made chocolate and a local working olive mill MEALS AT LEISURE

Fri A unique train ride today

- International airfare to France, land transportation to and from St Paul de Vence; if you need to leave the hotel earlier than 9 am on Sept 8, 2012, you are free to make your own arrangements
- Alternate luxury accommodations in a Relais & Château selective hotel in the center of town available at a supplement of $1999 per person (double accommodations; check with us for availability)

- Please fill out an mail in our registration form from the website, along with your deposit; CLICK HERE FOR THE REGISTRATION FORM. Mail your check to The French Traveler, 1825 Ponce de Leon Blvd #346, Coral Gables FL 33134.
- Deposit of $650 due by May 1, 2012 by check only.
- Balance due June 1, 2012 by check only, please; no refunds after this date under any circumstances. We regret that we do not accept credit cards. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance
- Trip viability determined June 1, 2012
- Cancellation must be received in writing by May 31, 2012; deposit refundable minus a $200 administrative fee.

- Registration limited to 10 participants with a minimum of 6
- Registration after June 1, 2012, space permitting, will incur the single supplement if we are unable to find a roommate for you. Please be aware that we do our best to find roommates for those requesting double accommodations but may have to put you in a single room if we have none for you, in which case the single supplement must be borne by the traveler

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
We will gladly discuss any of the details with you. We expect that you read the pre-departure information and be in sufficient good health to undertake the trip. We walk quite a bit around France, much of it on cobblestoned streets. Bring appropriate footwear.
If you have certain dietary or other restrictions, please ascertain beforehand that we are able to accommodate you. Vegetarian diets can usually be adapted, but we regret that our chefs cannot accommodate a vegan diet.
Baggage is entirely the owner’s risk. It is understood that any airfare, rail, or automobile arrangements made by the participant is solely a matter between those companies and the individual.
RESPONSIBILITY OF ORGANIZER
The French Traveler reserves the right to cancel this program prior to departure, in which case the entire payment will be refunded without further obligation on our part. The right is also reserved to decline any person deemed inappropriate for the program.
The French Traveler reserves the right to change or substitute any activities described above for reasons of inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances, natural acts or inconveniences or reasons beyond our control. No refund will be made for any unused portion of this program. The French Traveler accepts no liability for any carrier’s cancellation penalty incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable ticket connected with the program.
Program price is based on exchange rate in September 2011; if the euro/dollar rate reaches or exceeds 1 E = $1.45 by June 1, 2012, a $200 surcharge for the main tour will be required of all participants, regardless of registration date, and $50 for the extension tour.
